We are so excited!

Today A Golden Lady Boutique again branches out & does something brand new for us! We are starting a Boutique Blog!

Here you will find more behind the scenes details about A Golden Lady Boutique, upcoming sales, new inventory alerts & special announcements! You will also find daily stories, mentions of special guests who came by to visit, & lots of other tidbits regarding daily life at the boutique! We want YOU to be a part of our lives everyday & will be including you every step of the way! It’s not always going to be pretty, but it will always be real with all the ups & downs life brings our way!

So without further ado, let’s get started!

Today was Monday, July 13. We are closed on Mondays. That does not mean the boutique sets idle or empty on days when we are closed. Oftentimes, these are our busiest days to get things done & to get ready for our upcoming week!

Of course, we had our Amazon Hub delivery. That was 67 packages today that needed to be organized into a route & then delivered. Robby took control of that & made sure it was taken care of with the help of our son-in-law.

Angie was at the boutique bright & early this morning to take care of a few chores that included minor cleaning & organizing, along with a couple of business meetings.

Then, she was able to do something she hasn’t done for the boutique since it has been opened! She went on a sourcing trip a couple of hours away to find cool new merchandise for all of you!

After several hours, she returned with a car load! Just a small glimpse into what all arrived today….

She went a little shoe crazy & brought back over 30 pairs of vintage & unique shoes! These included name brands like Gucci, Frye, Durango, Cole Haan, & so many more! Here is a picture of just a few of the heels that just arrived!

One of our favorites is a pair of vintage Irregular Choice “Woof” Scottie Dog Heels that are so super cute! We can not wait to officially get those on the floor & listed on the website for you!

There are lots of vintage clothing pieces that will be making their appearance as well! One of the coolest items is a Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock Teal, Beaded, strapless, formal prom dress from the 1980’s! We know it is going to be a perfect fit for that special young lady looking for a very unique dress unlike anyone else.

Bringing in all of this inventory has revitalized the Boutique & there is an excitement in the air! We cannot wait to process this new inventory & get it ready for you!

In fact, Angie wanted to stay at the Boutique & keep working into the night to get as much done as possible so she could show all of you! Lol Robby encouraged her to go home, eat & get some decent rest so that tomorrow she would be fully rested & ready to tackle everything!
